Sequential Lineups

Sequential Lineups are when suspects are presented one at a time to the witness.  This way, it is more difficult for a witness to make a relative judgment of the entire group and instead make it so that they can either objectively say yes or no to each suspect.  This also stands as a way to test the confidence of the witness and is more likely to cause a witness to refrain from making an identification if they are uncertain.
